Role Overview

As a Care Worker specializing in Domiciliary Care, you will provide essential support to individuals within their own homes. This community-based role is at the heart of our mission, enabling service users to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through tailored, person-centred assistance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assisting service users with personal care and hygiene routines.
  • Supporting daily living tasks, including light housework and meal preparation.
  • Providing timely medication prompts and compliance monitoring.
  • Offering meaningful companionship and emotional support to combat isolation.
  • Conducting regular community-based visits across various local residences.
Key Requirements
  • Previous care experience (domiciliary or residential) is highly desirable.
  • Completion of mandatory healthcare training or a willingness to undergo induction.
  • A valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Must undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Provision of at least two satisfactory professional or clinical references.
