Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and resilient Support Workers to provide high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across various UK settings. You will be instrumental in fostering independence and long-term well-being for those in your care.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred assistance informed by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles.
  • Facilitating community engagement and social inclusion through meaningful local activities.
  • Promoting independence by assisting with daily living tasks and life skills development.
  • Ensuring detailed and accurate daily recording and reporting in line with care standards.
  • Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support plans.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
  • Updated social care training and relevant NVQ/QCF qualifications (preferred).

  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory professional references.
